OJAS MAX offers Ayurvedic men’s wellness support products intended as a daily ritual for energy, focus, and confidence. Products are not medicines, not pharmaceutical drugs, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Individual results vary. Outcomes depend on lifestyle, consistency, diet, sleep, and personal health. Always follow label directions. If you have a medical condition, take prescription medication, or are under clinical care, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Product descriptions, images, and prices on the site are for information and may change without prior notice. An order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it (for example due to stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping limits).

• Prices are generally shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes, shipping, and payment gateway charges may apply at checkout.
• We may correct obvious pricing or inventory errors even after an order is placed, and will notify you of material changes.
• Promotions and coupon codes are subject to their own rules and may be withdrawn at any time.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout (such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or cash on delivery where available). Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; their terms also apply.

You agree to provide accurate billing details. Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may be cancelled, and we may request identity verification before fulfilling an order.

We ship across India through partner couriers. Delivery timelines shown at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, courier capacity, festivals, remote locations, or incorrect addresses.

• Provide a complete, reachable address and phone number for successful delivery.
• Risk of loss typically passes when the order is handed to the courier; title passes on delivery unless stated otherwise.
• Shipments go out in discreet outer packaging without loud claims on the courier label.
• If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours with your order ID so we can investigate with the courier.

For hygiene and safety, opened wellness products generally cannot be returned. We will consider replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis for:

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and order ID.
• Unopened eligible issues where packaging and seals remain intact, subject to inspection.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable banking/gateway timeline after approval. COD refunds may use an alternate method we confirm with you.

All content on the site — including the OJAS MAX name, “Taaqat Andar Se” line, logos, packaging designs, text, photography, graphics, and layout — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.

You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit our content or brand assets without prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing of the site is allowed.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with site security, availability, or performance (including bots that overload the service).
• Post or transmit malware, spam, or misleading content through our forms or channels.
• Impersonate OJAS MAX or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

We may suspend access, cancel orders, or take legal action where misuse occurs.

We treat discretion as part of the brand promise — including discreet packaging — but you remain responsible for the accuracy of contact details you provide.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OJAS MAX and its owners, officers, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products — including lost profits, data loss, or personal outcomes that depend on individual health and lifestyle.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the relevant order, except where liability cannot be limited under Indian law (including for proven fraud or willful misconduct).

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site.

Before formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue amicably.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website or via email where appropriate.
